INVOICE APPROVAL AND PAYMENT: Approved orders are non-cancellable. Orders may be held until the Invoice Approval and payment have been made. Credit card payments in excess of $5,000 will incur an additional 3% processing fee. Once Invoice is approved and paid your order will go into Design DESIGN PROOFS: Normally orders are held until your proof is approved. If applicable, proofs will be sent electronically within about 3 days from invoice approval and payment. If you want a proof to sell off of or see prior to placing your order, a fee of $250 will be required before work begins. This fee is credited toward your final order and is a non-refundable payment. A $65 Art Fee is added to all orders. Proofs are general representations. Colors and placements may vary slightly. If you require a PMS matched color you must let us know ahead of time. Color matching fees will be incurred. Delays in art approvals or excessive changes may result in your orders delayed completion and/or additional cost. Orders approved with errors will not be refunded or remade. It is your responsibility to make sure proofs are correct. ANEW Branding Co. owns all art created. Unauthorized use is punishable by law. If you would like to purchase the artwork please let us know. PRODUCTS: If items on your order are out of stock we will, at our own discretion, substitute said item with something similar in nature. Due to this, colors may vary slightly. If a reasonable substitute is not available you will be contacted to discuss other options and/or simply refund that item. CUSTOMER SUPPLIED ITEMS: If you supplied items for customization you are doing so at your own risk. ANEW Branding Co. will not be responsible for your items under any circumstance regardless of fault. A $3 per piece fee will be added to customer supplied goods. ORDER COMPLETION: You will receive an email when your order is completed and/or has shipped. Standard turnaround is about 10 business days from all payments and approvals. RUSH service is available for an additional cost. AGREEMENT: By approving this invoice you are instructing us to begin performing work on your order and stating that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made on online orders or any custom made item. In the event you are unsatisfied with your order you must notify us in writing not more than 72 hours after order pickup or delivery. See full refund policy at anewbrandingco.com

Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
